Good morning fellow disciples.
Sometimes our meditation is dictated by what is within our heart and our level of anxiety. Sometimes we don’t even understand what is happening within us and we need someone to examine us and tell us what is causing us to think and behave the way that we are.
When our heart posture is wrong or when we are anxious our meditation is corrupted.
Do you want your heart meditation to be pure?
If the answer is yes, then you need to allow God to search your heart and to test your anxious thoughts. When you do this, He can transform your heart to be like His. With a renewed and restored heart, you can now have heart meditation that is pleasing to God.
Give God full access to you. Allow Him to show you where you are going wrong and what you’re doing right. Allow Him to deliver you from your anxious thoughts, and for Him to place His Spirit of peace within you.
Prayer: Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Create in me a new heart and a right spirit within me. Now, my heart meditation will be pleasing to you. Amen.
