The Pilate Conversations – Part 6

By Andrew Williams

At the festival it was Pilate’s custom to release for the people a prisoner they requested. There was one named Barabbas, who was in prison with rebels who had committed murder during the rebellion. The crowd came up and began to ask Pilate to do for them as was his custom.

The Pilate Conversations – Part 6

Good morning fellow disciples.

Who do you want to be set free?

Who do you want to be delivered?

Who do you want to be healed?

Who do you want to be made whole?

Pilate’s custom was to release a prisoner during this festival time. It didn’t matter who the person was, if they asked he would release that prisoner.

God is the one who saves, heals, delivers, and makes people whole. Have you been petitioning Him on behalf of those who you want to be set free from the captivity of the devil.

You don’t have to wait until the Passover festival. You can petition God anytime of any day for those who you love.

Are you in need of being saved, healed, delivered, and being made whole? Have you made that request for yourself?

Prayer: Father God, I come before You now asking You to heal, save, deliver, and make whole myself and my fellow disciples. Amen
