Good morning fellow disciples.
My land, my house, my child, my spouse, my business, my money, and my things! We all claim to own things but do they really belong to us? Most of the things that we claim as belonging to us will still be here long after we die.
When we read the bible we interpret that everything was made by God for us, but what does this truly mean? God gave us dominion over the earth and His creations with the instruction to take care of them. So in essence we are just caretakers here on Earth.
God gave us dominion over the earth and His creations with the instruction to take care of them. Do you see it ? Take a closer look. God gave us dominion over the earth and HIS creations with the instruction to take care of them. It all belongs to God ! That includes us also.
As we look at ourselves and all that is around us, let us realize and accept that Everything Belongs to God.
Prayer: Father God, it ALL belongs to You! We thank You for not only giving us authority over all Your creation, but also winning that authority back for us when we foolishly gave our dominion over the earth to the devil. We honor You and glorify You for who You are. We praise You for thinking so highly of us and choosing us to partner with You in taking care of Your creation. Help us to be faithful stewards I pray, in Jesus’ name, amen.
All that I have is loan to me by you Lord. Everything belongs to you. Help me to learn not to claim anything for myself.
