Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. Galatians 6:8 NLT
Good morning fellow disciples.
What type of harvest will you reap in the end? What type of harvest are you reaping now?
In the spirit there are only two harvests. These are determined by who you serve, satisfy, or please consistently in your lifetime.
Let us do some self reflection. Are you living to serve, satisfy, or please:
1. Your sinful nature, or
2. The Holy Spirit of God?
If you are living to please the Holy Spirit, your harvest is everlasting life from the Spirit! Hallelujah! Glory to God, you are already spiritually alive!
If the answer is your sinful nature, your reward is decay and death! Do you see the decay and death already in your earthly life? Do you feel the absence of God? Do you recognize that you are spiritually dead?
If you have been living to please your sinful nature, it’s not too late to change. You too can start pleasing God’s Holy Spirit by accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord. Will you do that now and receive the harvest of eternal life?
Let us live daily surrendered to God and reap the harvest of eternal life!
