Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy.
Psalms 100:2 NLT
Good morning fellow disciples.
When I think about singing, I tend to cringe. This is because I do not sing melodiously. I have been told repeatedly in the past to just hum the tune of the song because I do not sound good.
This verse tells us that we should worship the Lord with gladness and come before him singing with joy. I am perfectly capable of doing this!
I do worship the Lord with gladness! I come to him singing, non-melodiously, with joy!
God is worthy to be praised! He deserves my best! I will give him my best even if it doesn’t sound good. God knows the intention of my heart, and he sees how much I love him.
How about you?
Do you worship the Lord with gladness, and do you come to him singing with joy?
Prayer: “Come let’s magnify the Lord
For He is worthy to be praised;
Come let’s magnify the Lord
For He is worthy to be praised.
Hosanna!
Blessed be the rock
Blessed be the rock of my salvation
Hosanna!
Blessed be the rock
Blessed be the rock of my salvation.”
“I will enter His gates with thanksgiving in my heart
I will enter His courts with praise
I will say this is the day that the Lord has made
I will rejoice, for He has made me glad.”
Amen.
In His presence there is fullness of Joy, at His right hand pleasures for evermore….Amen.
