She will give birth to a son, and you are to name Him Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.”

Good morning fellow disciples.
Today, as we consider repentance and forgiveness, what a joy it is to know that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ came to this earth. He left His heavenly domain to come here to Earth to live in the human domain.
It is because of Him that we can be saved from our sins. It is because of Him that when we repent of our sins before God, God will listen to us and forgive us. It is because of Him why we have this great opportunity.
Wherever we are and whenever we choose to fall down on our knees in repentance before God, we can be accepted by God once again. It is that simple to turn from the lifestyle of sin and turn to God to serve Him wholeheartedly.
This morning, as you consider the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, may we remember that He came to Earth so that His people could be saved from their sins. His people is every human being, because like I said before He left the heavenly domain where He wasn’t a human to come to Earth, to become a human. So every single human being can be saved from their sins if they choose to repent and to come to God.
This morning have you been saved from your sins? Have you accepted the salvation that Jesus won for us, the salvation that He paid for with His life?
If you have, shout triumphantly and continue to live your lives in obedience to God the Father! If you have not yet been saved and you realize that you now can be forgiven of your sins, Come to God, repent of your sins, and say a simple prayer like this.
Prayer: Father God, I thank You that You sent Your Son to save me from my sins. I realize that I’m wrong. I realize that I’ve missed the mark. I have missed everything that You planned for me and I’ve gone and done something totally different.
I repent, I turn from that life that is not ordained by You and I turn to You to give you my life. I surrender and submit fully to You and I will obey Your every command so that I can know You for who You are.
Father God, please forgive me and accept me as Your child. Make me sin free and teach me how to walk with You on this earth. Help me to be a Kingdom disciple who will proclaim Your word now and forever, Amen.
