Good morning fellow disciples.
What do you know? Who do you know? Who knows you? How do you know and how are you known?
Jesus is the good shepherd! He laid down His life for the sheep. These are the parts of the verse that we tend to love, because it’s about Jesus making the big sacrifice. But, what about the rest of the verse?
“I know My own sheep, and they know Me.” Do you know the Lord Jesus Christ? Does the Lord Jesus Christ know you? Are you one of HIS sheep?
You might answer yes to these questions, but do you know Him the way He said? What way is that: “as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father“.
Take some moments to ponder this question: “Do you have that deep abiding fellowship with Jesus like He has with His Father?”
Redirect your focus to Jesus Christ the Good Shepherd and get to know Him the way He desires!
