“This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Write down for the record everything I have said to you, Jeremiah. Jeremiah 30:2 NLT
Good morning fellow disciples.
In this passage, God tells Jeremiah to write down everything that God had revealed to him. God wanted Jeremiah to present everything that He had said to him to the nation of Israel.
Jeremiah asked Baruch to write down everything that God had revealed to him. Afterwards, Baruch presented and read this document to the nobles of Israel, who then brought it to the king.
Do you remember all that God has said to you?
Maybe like Jeremiah, you need to write down the things that God has told you. As you read them, ponder them, and meditate on them, you will be reminded of how good God is to you. You will see how He has been working in your life, and you will recall the promises that He has made and fulfilled.
You can use what you write as a testimony to others.
You can never know how impactful your writing will be in your life and the lives of others.
Prayer: I will record what You have said to me so that I will never forget. I will share those recordings that You want me to with others, so that they too will come to know You as Lord, Savior, King, and God. Amen.
