Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching.
2 Timothy 4:2 NLT
Good morning fellow disciples.
WORD is defined as the expressed or manifested mind and will of God.
Preach is defined as to publicly proclaim or teach; or to earnestly advocate.
Teach is defined as to impart knowledge to or instruct (someone) as to how to do something, or cause (someone) to learn or understand something by example or experience.
Are you publicly proclaiming or earnestly advocating the expressed and manifested mind or will of God?
Are you imparting knowledge to, or instructing those around you about how to live according to God’s expressed will?
Do you, by example, cause someone to learn or understand God’s expressed and manifested mind and will?
We are to be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. We are encouraged to patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage our fellow disciples with good teaching.
Are you doing that?
Prayer: Father God, I will preach and teach Your WORD whether the time is favorable or not. Amen.
