Philemon 1:16- Beloved

Scripture: “no longer as a slave but more than a slave—a beloved brother, especially to me but how much more to you, both in the flesh and in the Lord. “Philemon 1:16 NKJV

Observation : If I am your slave then I’m your property. If I am your brother then I am a member of your family. If I am your beloved brother then I am very important to you.

As children of God we are all siblings. We are very important to each other. As members of God’s family our relationship with each other is extremely important in both the flesh and the Spirit.

Application : let us act accordingly and ascribe to each other the love and importance that siblings in Christ deserve. When we do this we honor our God and Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer : No longer slaves to sin, but now siblings in Christ. Hallelujah ! Praise God! I am now a member of the Family of God!
