Suddenly, a man with leprosy approached him and knelt before him. “Lord,” the man said, “if you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean.”

Good morning fellow disciples.
Petition: something asked or requested, or an earnest request.
Do you need healing?
Do you need to be made clean?
In this passage we see a man who needed both. Leprosy was an illness that made the person unclean in the sight of the society. The person had to stay away from those who did not have the same illness.
What I love about this man is that he just appeared before Jesus and asked Him to make him clean. What are you struggling with? Do you think you have to go through a process before you can approach the Lord for healing and cleansing?
You do not have to! Be like this man who just appeared before Jesus and asked for what he needed.
Petition Jesus to heal you. Petition Jesus to make you clean. Not only can Jesus make you clean and heal you, He is also WILLING to do it!
Prayer: Father God, You have made all the provisions for my healing and cleansing. I know this to be true and I have faith in You. So now, God, I ask You to heal me of my diseases and to cleanse me of my unrighteousness.
Make me whole in Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
