‘Now I want you to know, dear brothers and sisters, what God in his kindness has done through the churches in Macedonia.’ 2 Corinthians 8:1
Good morning fellow disciples.
The church is the body of Christ. This means that we do what Jesus wants us to do. All the good that we do is because God is working through us to achieve it.
The churches in Macedonia, even though poor, took up collections to send to the church in Jerusalem. This demonstrated their love and kindness for their sister church.
Is your church demonstrating kindness to other churches? Is your church demonstrating kindness to its own members?
When we show kindness as a church, we demonstrate that God is acting through us. Be a kind church!
Prayer: Father God, demonstrate Your kindness through us as we show love one to another. Amen.
