And He replied to them, “What do you want Me to do for you?” They said to Him, “Grant that we may sit [with You], one on Your right and one on Your left, in Your glory [Your majesty and splendor in Your kingdom].”

Good morning fellow disciples.
When you come boldly to God’s throne of Grace, He is listening! He is interested in your thoughts and desires. He is willing to hear your requests!
Jesus asked the brothers: “What do you want Me to do for you?”
Are you an ineffective disciple?
Are you finding it hard to step out in faith?
Are you unsure about what you need to do in God’s Kingdom?
Be like these brothers. Seek what you want from God. Ask Him the hard questions. Have bold conversations with God so that you will be edified and empowered by Him.
Prayer: Father God, today we heard Jesus’ question. He wanted to know what the brothers wanted. We are encouraged, Father God, that You also want to hear from us and that You are interested in hearing what we want.
Thank You for being approachable. Thank You for being willing to both hear from, and to speak to us. You are awesome God! Amen
