Good morning fellow disciples.
How bold are you when you approach God?
Do you think that there are some things that you shouldn’t ask of God?
Do you think that you have to go through a whole process of trying to sweet talk /butter Him up before you can ask Him what you desire?
At the beginning of this conversation we observe the boldness of these brothers.
It’s like this: “Jesus, we going to ask you for something, and you can’t say no. Ok!!”
Them brave eeeh! Demanding that the Son of God do their bidding was extremely audacious.
What is your relationship with God like?
Are you brave enough to approach Him with and for anything?
Do you go to His throne of Grace boldly?
My fellow disciples, as we continue to walk with God, let us not be timid. Let us boldly pour out our hearts before Him and seek for Him what we desire.
Prayer: Father God, help me to always come boldly to Your Throne! I know that I do not fully understand Your ways, and sometimes what I desire is not what You want for me. But God, I know that You will lead me on the path that will make me more like You.
Help me to always speak to You openly and honestly. Amen.
