Highly Praised

For the Lord is great and is highly praised; He is feared above all gods.

Good morning fellow disciples.

Praise is defined as: the expression of respect and gratitude as an act of worship; and to glorify (a god or saint) especially by the attribution of perfections.

Jehovah God is great! Jehovah God is highly praised! He is feared, He is reverenced above all gods.

Many persons, many idols, and many false gods receive praise from people. However, there is only one true God who is above all created things. No matter what created thing you choose to worship, or to give praise to, Jehovah God is great and above them all. He alone is worthy of our praise.

Do you see God as being great?

Do you highly Praise Him?

What is your relationship with Jehovah God like? Is He truly your God? What can you do to enhance and improve your relationship with Him?

Prayer: Father God, we know that you are great and highly to be praised. Today we pause to honor You, to glorify You, and to esteem You above all other gods. When we praise You, we come into deeper fellowship with You, Lord.

Today we pledge to spend time in worship with You, praising You with all our hearts, and then listening for You to speak to us. Enhance our relationship with You God, so that we will praise You even more because of our deeply abiding fellowship with You. Amen.
