Good morning fellow disciples.
The fact is that Christ is the head of the church. He saves the church. This means that He: delivers us from sin, rescues or delivers us from danger or harm, and preserves or guards us from injury, destruction, or loss.
This is awesome!
What would happen to us if as a church we were separated from our head?
We would be like a headless chicken.
Headless chicken: to be very busy doing a lot of things, but in a way that is not very effective.
As a church we cannot continue to be effective if we are separated from Christ!
Jesus Christ has given His life to save you! Are you submitted to Him as your head? Are you obeying His commands and living in His love?
Prayer: Lord Jesus, I want to be Your effective disciple. I will not lose my connection to You, the head of the Church. I will live forever surrendered and submitted to You. Amen.
