Hallelujah

By Andrew Williams

Hallelujah! My soul, praise the Lord.
Psalms 146:1 HCSB
Hallelujah

Good morning fellow disciples.

Hallelujah is defined as: God be praised; or a shout or song of praise or thanksgiving.

Hallelujah! God be praised! We praise You at the top of our voices Lord! We sing songs of praise and thanksgiving to You because of who You are!

With My soul: my thoughts, my inclinations, my feelings, my innermost desires, I give You praise. I honor You and glorify You with the words of my mouth, as an expression of everything within me.

Hallelujah! God be praised! Soul, praise the Lord!

Where does your praise come from? Is it just mindless repetition of words like Hallelujah, or is it a deep-felt expression of everything within your soul?

As you think about how you worship today, praise God with all your soul and not just your mouth. Praise God with shouts and songs of thanksgiving that are a reflection and expression of the love that you have for Almighty God.

Prayer: We Praise You Almighty God. With our entire being we give You praise. We shout Hallelujah to Your Holy Name! Amen.
