Wives, be submissive to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
Colossians 3:18 HCSB
Good morning fellow disciples.
Wives be inclined or ready to submit or yield to the authority your husband; be unresistingly or humbly obedient.
Do this, as is fitting to the Lord!
1. Recognize the authority that God has given to your husband.
2. As his suitable companion, you must do what is necessary to help him to fulfill his God assigned role.
3. When you submit to his God given authority you are honoring God.
Remember that you are both God’s disciples who live in intimate fellowship with God and each other.
Prayer: Therefore, God’s chosen ones, holy and loved, put on heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, accepting one another and forgiving one another if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you must also forgive.
Above all, put on love — the perfect bond of unity. And let the peace of the Messiah, to which you were also called in one body, control your hearts.
Be thankful. Let the message about the Messiah dwell richly among you, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, and singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, with gratitude in your hearts to God.
And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Amen

I believe that as disciples of God if we develop an attitude of obedience and submission to God it will enables us to be obedient to our leaders and submissive to our husbands.
Let us follow the example of Jesus.
