The word of the Lord came to me: I chose you before I formed you in the womb; I set you apart before you were born. I appointed you a prophet to the nations. But I protested, “Oh no, Lord, God! Look, I don’t know how to speak since I am only a youth.” Then the Lord said to me: Do not say, “I am only a youth,” for you will go to everyone I send you to and speak whatever I tell you. Do not be afraid of anyone, for I will be with you to deliver you. This is the Lord’s declaration. Then the Lord reached out His hand, touched my mouth, and told me: I have now filled your mouth with My words. See, I have appointed you today over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and demolish, to build and plant.
“Now, get ready. Stand up and tell them everything that I command you. Do not be intimidated by them or I will cause you to cower before them. Today, I am the One who has made you a fortified city, an iron pillar, and bronze walls against the whole land — against the kings of Judah, its officials, its priests, and the population. They will fight against you but never prevail over you, since I am with you to rescue you.” This is the Lord’s declaration.
Jeremiah 1:4-10, 17-19 HCSB
Good morning fellow disciples.
Just like He had for Jeremiah, God has a plan for your life!
Jehovah, God Almighty, The Creator:
1. Chose you before you were formed.
2. Set you apart before you were born.
3. Appointed you to speak to the nations.
4. Commands you to be fearless because He is with you to deliver you.
5. Has placed His Words in your mouth.
6. Has appointed you today over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and demolish, to build and plant.
7. Commands you to stand up and tell them everything that He commands you.
8. Instructs you; “Do not be intimidated by them or I will cause you to cower before them. “
Prayer at its root is simply having conversation with God. Today, quiet your heart and listen to God as He speaks to you.
Prayer: My child, I am the One who has made you a fortified city, an iron pillar, and bronze walls against the whole land — against the rulers, its officials, its priests, and the population. They will fight against you but never prevail over you, since I am with you to rescue you.
I have spoken! So let it be! Amen.
What an awesome God we serve.
He has everything wr need we just marvel at his wisdom.
Who God foreknew he predestined n who he predestined he called n he who he called he justifies n he who he justifies he glorified. Thank you my brother for that awesome reminder. God continue to be with you 👏👍😃🙌
