Give Thanks for Your Pastor

Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.
Ephesians 4:12 NLT

Good morning fellow disciples.

Your pastors are gifts from God. They are empowered by God to guide you with knowledge and understanding. They are the ones who are responsible to equip YOU to do God’s work. It is their responsibility to build up the body of Christ.

Pastors who fulfill God’s mandate for their lives are to be treasured.

Are you being guided by your pastor, being built up, and are you being equipped to do God’s work?

GIVE THANKS FOR YOUR PASTOR!

Prayer: Father God, I am grateful for my pastors who have taught me Your Word, precepts, commands, and have equipped me to be an effective disciple of Jesus Christ.

Father God, please draw them into a closer relationship with You. Where they have faltered in their focus, I ask You to redirect their focus back to You, and the plan and purpose that You have for their lives.

As they walk in obedience to You, we will be so much more grateful for them. We love them, Lord! Thank You, thank You, thank You for giving us pastors after Your own heart! Amen.
