Give Thanks for God’s Holy Spirit

Jesus replied, “I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life.
John 3:5‭-‬6 NLT

Good morning fellow disciples.

The gift of the Father to us is His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit baptizes us into the body of Christ. The Holy Spirit empowers us to be effective disciples. The Holy Spirit is the advocate who teaches us. The Holy Spirit never leaves us or forsakes us.

The Holy Spirit is God living in us. He is the third member of the godhead who is currently in the earth while Father God and Jesus reside in heaven.

The Holy Spirit manifests in us so that the body of Christ can be built up. Some of His manifestations are: tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy, discernment of spirits, words of knowledge, words of wisdom, faith, miracles, and healings.

We are born again because of the Holy Spirit: He is the one who makes us spiritually alive. When we live surrendered and submitted to God’s Holy Spirit, and work with Him we can live the God ordained life.

Give thanks for the Holy Spirit!

Prayer: Holy Spirit, without You I would not be born again, and I would not be a part of the Kingdom of God! Thank You for all You do for us! Thank You for all that You do in and through us!

Thank You for living among us and representing the Godhead like Jesus did. You truly are God with us!

Thank You Father God, thank You Lord Jesus for the gift of the Holy Spirit! Amen.
