Many evil spirits were cast out, screaming as they left their victims. And many who had been paralyzed or lame were healed. So there was great joy in that city.

Good morning fellow disciples.
Deliverance is defined as the action of being rescued or set free.
Jesus delivered many people who were inhabited and oppressed by evil spirits and so did his disciples. In these verses we see that the people of Samaria were overjoyed when people were delivered from evil spirits, and when they received healing.
Have you been delivered from oppressive evil spirits?
Do you know persons who have received deliverance?
Give thanks!
Prayer: Lord Jesus, You said that if we believe and are baptized, we will cast out demons in Your name. We thank You for this power and authority. Thank You for those who believe and are actively delivering people who are under the influence of evil spirits.
Thank You for rescuing us and setting us free! Amen.
Thank you Lord for deliverance.
Help us to claim your power as you equip us to go and practice what we have learned.
