1 John 1:1 NLT -We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning, whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life.
Good morning fellow disciples.
Oh, what a joy an honor it is to proclaim the good news about the Lord Jesus Christ!
He was present with God Almighty before time began. Through Him all things that were made came into being. He is the WORD of God. He was the promised Messiah. He is the member of the godhead who took on human form to redeem us from sin!
He is the one who taught us the gospel of the Kingdom of God. He is the one who saves us from sin and delivers us from the devil’s captivity. He is the one who died and is now alive forevermore. Because of Him we who believe in Him have eternal life. He continually intercedes on our behalf with Father God!
This eternal Jesus is the one who we proclaim to the world!
‘This one who is life itself was revealed to us, and we have seen him. And now we testify and proclaim to you that he is the one who is eternal life. He was with the Father, and then he was revealed to us. We proclaim to you what we ourselves have actually seen and heard so that you may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We are writing these things so that you may fully share our joy.’ 1 John 1:2-4
