Exodus 31:3 NLT – I have filled him with the Spirit of God, giving him great wisdom, ability, and expertise in all kinds of crafts.
Good morning fellow disciples.
Have you ever been told that you are gifted? For many of us this is something we have heard all our lives. But the questions are:
- Who gave you your gifting? And,
- For what purpose have you been gifted?
In Exodus 31, we see God filling Bezalel with His Spirit, giving him great wisdom, ability, and expertise in all kinds of crafts. God also gifted other craftsmen with special skills.
God gifted them so that they could expertly craft the tabernacle, the Ark of the Covenant, all the furnishings off the Tabernacle, and the priests’ garments.
Are you a gifted person?
For what purpose have you been gifted?
Are you using your gift to glorify God, and to bless others?
Prayer: Father God, thank You for filling me with Your Holy Spirit, giving me great wisdom, ability, and expertise. I will bring glory and honor to You by using what I have been given to help others and to lead lost souls to You. Amen.
