Good morning fellow disciples.
What alliances are you making that are not directed by God’s Holy Spirit?
What choices have you made that are not directed by the Holy Spirit?
As a disciple of Jesus Christ, you need to be guided, lead, and directed by God’s Holy Spirit! You know that you are supposed to do this! So, if you are not, you are living in sin and rebellion!
And, oh what sorrow awaits you, you rebellious disciple! The more you act contrary to the Holy Spirit, the more your sins pile up and the more consequences you will reap.
Take a moment to reflect! Are you acting contrary to God’s Holy Spirit?
Prayer: Lord God, I have not been obedient to Your Holy Spirit. I have been rebellious and sinful. Honestly, I can’t even remember all the ways I have acted contrary to Your Spirit. I know that there are consequences to my actions.
I confess my sins of rebellion! Please forgive me! I repent! Cleanse me and make me righteous, I pray. I will now live my life directed by Your Holy Spirit. Amen!
