2 Corinthians 8:19 -‘He was appointed by the churches to accompany us as we take the offering to Jerusalem —a service that glorifies the Lord and shows our eagerness to help. ‘
Good morning fellow disciples.
Have you ever been appointed by your church to do a task or offer a service to others?
If you have you should feel honored! Why?
Firstly, your appointment is to fulfill a service that glorifies God.
Secondly, when we accept our church appointment it shows our willingness to help.
Thirdly, when we accomplish the tasks or services, we bless those who we serve, and it demonstrates our love for the Church.
Are you someone who would be given an appointment by your church? If you are, then, do your best to honor God by faithfully fulfilling your appointment.
Prayer: Father God, I am willing to serve! I will bring glory and honor to You by fulfilling my church appointment. Amen.
