Scripture : The Lord favors those who fear and worship Him [with awe-inspired reverence and obedience], Those who wait for His mercy and lovingkindness. Psalms 147:11 AMP
Good morning fellow disciples.
Awe- inspired reverence and obedience is what the lord requires of us in worship. When we do as the Lord requires, the Lord will favor us. What this means is that He will be pleased with us and that He will give us what we NEED. In worshiping Him we need to be patient, we need to worship Him because He is worthy to be worshiped and not because we are seeking something from Him. At the right time He will show His favor because we are expectantly awaiting His mercy and loving kindness.
Prayer : Father God today we come humbled and surrendered to You, and we worship You with all that we have and with all that we are. We ask You to look up on us with Mercy and Kindness, because we need you more than anything else. We love You Father God, and we ask that You will deepen the fellowship between us. We ask this in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Amen. May we see God an AWEsome being and seek to have a relationship with Him and not a transaction.
