Acts of the Apostles 2:46-47 ‘They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity — all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.’
Good morning fellow disciples.
What a wonderful picture of how our life of witness should be. The early church showed what it meant to be united one with another, and how to love each other.
Is this how your gathering operates?
1. Do you worship together each day?
2. Do you meet together in homes for the Lord’s Supper?
3. Do you share your meals with great joy and generosity?
4. Are you continually praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people?
5. Is your fellowship being added to daily?
As disciples of Jesus Christ, we need to be continually praising God whether it is in church, in our homes, or in our communities. When we fellowship together and show our love to each other, unbelievers will see Christ in us, and accept Him as savior.
Fellow disciples, let us make every aspect of our lives witness to others like the early church did.
Prayer: Holy Spirit, we surrender to You. Help us to live the way the church did in Acts 2:46-47. Amen.
