And what I say to you I say to everybody: Watch (give strict attention, be cautious, active, and alert)!

Good morning fellow disciples.
The warning to be watchful was not just for Jesus’ disciples at the time when He was speaking His prophetic utterance.
These warnings are for us too!
He says: “And what I say to you, I say to everybody, watch. Give strict attention. Be cautious, active and alert.”
Give strict attention!
Give strict attention to His words, His prophecies, His teachings and, His lifestyle. You can then implement His teachings to make other disciples while you live your life as a true disciple of Christ.
Be cautious!
Do not let anybody lead you astray. Do not let them trick you. Do not follow doctrines of demons or doctrines of humans.
Be active!
Be active in living the lifestyle of Jesus. Be active in preaching the gospel. Be active in making disciples. Be active in being an ambassador in the way that He has called you: whether it be an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher, or whatever other role He has given you.
Be alert!
Be alert to the tricksters. Be alert to the Word. Be alert to God. Be alert to Jesus. Be alert to the Holy Spirit’s leading. Be alert in everything so that you can be the disciple that you are called to be, and so that you will not be tricked by the enemy.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, thank You for making your prophetic utterances. Thank You for explaining their true meanings. Thank You for warning us. I will watch, give strict attention, be cautious, active, and be alert! Amen.
