But when you see the abomination of desolation mentioned by Daniel the prophet standing where it ought not to be–[and] let the one who reads take notice and consider and understand and heed [this]–then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. [Dan. 9:27; 11:31; 12:11.]

Good morning fellow disciples.
Jesus continues to warn His disciples. When you see what is about to happen don’t stay where you are or go back to your home or community.
Flee to the mountains, away from the destruction! For those who are in Jerusalem at that time, don’t try to save what you have, save your lives by running away!
Has your house ever caught on fire and you realize that you’re about to lose everything that you have? Without thinking, you may want to run into the house to save what is important to you. But in such a situation where your house is ablaze, the best thing that you can do is to run out of it and to run away from it.
What destruction has been predicted in your life?
What troubles do you see coming?
What evidence of impending doom is right in front of your eyes?
Whatever it is, once you recognize it, flee to safety!
As a disciple of Christ, there are many sins that can cause us to lose our lives {both physically and spiritually}. We know the signs to look for.
When you recognize them, flee to the mountains.
Flee to your mountain who is Almighty God!
