A Conversation With Jesus About His Prophetic Utterance Part 11 – Persecution Predicted

And you will be hated and detested by everybody for My name’s sake, but he who patiently perseveres and endures to the end will be saved (made a partaker of the salvation by Christ, and delivered from spiritual death).
Mark 13:13 AMPC

Good morning fellow disciples.

Because you love Jesus, believe in Jesus, follow Jesus, testify about Jesus and live for Jesus, you will be hated and detested!

Isn’t that lovely?

No it’s not! Who in their right minds want to be hated? None of us do. But because we love Jesus with all our hearts, we will wholeheartedly serve Him despite what the world will say about us or does to us.

Will you continue to serve God wholeheartedly despite being persecuted?

Whatever you go through in this life for Jesus’ sake, be assured that God is with you! Note the reward/outcome of persevering through all the persecution:

“he who patiently perseveres and endures to the end will be saved (made a partaker of the salvation by Christ, and delivered from spiritual death).”

Eternal life with God is your portion!

Prayer: Father God, I trust You! I trust the process! I will remain faithful to You inspite of trials, tests, tribulations and persecution.

I am Yours forever, through Jesus Christ my Lord. Amen.

  1. “I’ll put my whoke heart in his service, and do all he asketh of me; i mean to live holy and bleneless – A Christian indeed will i be”
This is indeed a call to obedience and readiness.
