Then Jesus and his disciples walked to the villages near Caesarea Philippi. On the way, he posed this question to his disciples: “Who do the people say that I am?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptizer, others say Elijah the prophet, and still others say you must be one of the prophets.” He asked them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter spoke up, saying, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God!” Then he warned them not to breathe a word of this to anyone.

Good morning fellow disciples.
DO YOU KNOW WHO JESUS IS?
In this passage we see people saying that Jesus was John the Baptist, Elijah the prophet or some other prophet, but Peter knew who He truly was: He was the Son of the Living God.
WHO IS JESUS TO YOU?
Is he just a Rabbi, a teacher, a biblical character, someone who tells good stories, an anointed man of God, a prophet, an inspirational person, some crazy guy who made up stories about himself, A Son of God, or is He the only begotten Son of God who is your Lord, Savior, and King?
WHO DO PEOPLE SAY THAT YOU ARE?
Do they see you as the world sees many other persons, or do they see you as a true disciple of Christ?
DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?
Think carefully on this! If you don’t know who you are how can you represent your Lord and God?
If you’re unsure as to who you’re truly are, let God tell you! You can only truly know yourself in relation to the true and Living God. See who you should be according to His Word. Become the person that God wants you to be by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Live your new life in unity with the Holy Spirit.
Prayer: God I Know Who You Are! Father, You sit on the throne and You rule over everything. Lord Jesus, You are my savior and my King. You are the head of the Church of which I am a part. You redeemed me and now I can live in fellowship with You and Father God.
Holy Spirit, You live in me. You are my guide, my comforter, my teacher, and the one who empowers me to be an effective witness for the Kingdom of God.
Father God I am your son. Lord Jesus, I am Your disciple. Holy Spirit I am Your temple. I live in unity and fellowship with You as Your kingdom ambassador here on Earth.
