A Conversation With Jesus About Becoming A Kingdom Citizen Part 11

But many [who are now] first will be last [then], and many [who are now] last will be first [then].
Mark 10:31 AMPC

Good morning fellow disciples.

Do you consider yourself to be an important Kingdom citizen now? As a kingdom citizen here on Earth do you think that you are not important?

Hear the rendering of this verse from The Passion Translation: “But many who are considered to be the most important now will be the least important then. And many who are viewed as the least important now will be considered the most important then.”
Mark 10:31 TPT

As a Kingdom citizen you will be rewarded for your service and you will be given authority in the Kingdom. Don’t be mediocre! Serve God to the best of your ability. Don’t think too highly of your position in the earthly realm of God’s Kingdom and don’t abuse your authority.

Remember Jesus’ instruction about being great in God’s Kingdom:
But this is not your calling. You will lead by a different model. The greatest one among you will live as one called to serve others without honor. The greatest honor and authority is reserved for the one who has a servant heart.
Luke 22:26 TPT

Prayer: Father God, thank You for making it possible for us to become citizens of Your Kingdom. We will serve You wholeheartedly. We will serve each other in humility. We love You Lord. We accept Your love and we will love others the way You love us.

We will be your Kingdom citizens who will actively go out to proclaim Your Kingdom to others so that they can become citizens too. Amen
